Kannavari Kalalu is a 1974 Telugu movie directed by S.S. Balan and produced by Gemini Pictures. The movie stars Shobhan Babu, Vanisri, Geetanjali, Tyagaraju, and Dhulipala in the lead roles. The movie is based on the Hindi super hit movie Aradhana, starring Rajesh Khanna and Sharmila Tagore.

The movie revolves around the love story of Ramakrishna (Shobhan Babu) and Lata (Vanisri), who elope and get married secretly. Ramakrishna is an air force pilot who dies in a plane crash, leaving behind a pregnant Lata. Lata gives birth to a son, Prabhakar (also Shobhan Babu), who grows up to be a singer and falls in love with Geeta (Geetanjali), the daughter of a rich businessman. Lata, who has been living as a widow, sacrifices her happiness for her son's sake and agrees to marry Tyagaraju (Tyagaraju), a widower with a daughter. However, fate brings Prabhakar and Lata face to face, and they recognize each other as mother and son.
