Download (90MB)
So I am using an Arris SurfBoard SB6183 connected to my new Nighthawk R6700. I'm supposed to be getting 200/20, but it is stuck at just under 90mb download speed. The upload is fine. The fw version is V1.0.2.60_10.0.44.

Since patching the OS with the January patch set, download speeds in Edge have dropped from 90MB/s to 1.5MB/sec. I have checked network speeds which is unchanged. I tested the same download with Firefox where I get full speed, 90MB/s. I have tried the following with no improvement:
Currently I have my users on Firefox as a workaround but this is not a viable option as a permanent solution, the apps are certified for Edge only. The browser seems slightly slower in general but the downloads are the real pain-point.
If you are the sort who likes to download your movies, music, and other stuff from places like The Pirate Bay, you can grab your very own copy of the pirate website right now. Back in January, I mentioned that The Pirate Bay was making some changes from directly hosting torrent files to magnetic links. The change was to make the site require less bandwidth and to allow fans to be able to download and host their own version locally as a way to avoid authorities seeking to take the site off-line.
The personal version of The Pirate Bay is now ready for you to grab. It's interesting to me that complete listing of torrents that the infamous website hosts is only 90MB. That means you can host your very own copy with just about any flash drive you may have laying around, even if that drive is years old. The 90MB download allows you to host your copy of The Pirate Bay as a proxy site.
The latest version of BEAST 2 is version 2.7.4. To install this version, select one of the following to download the version for your operating system: Download for Windows (90MB)

After this, or if you already have v2.7.X (X=0, 1 or 2) installed, you can upgrade via the package manager.Older versions are available from the BEAST2 releases web page. The BEAST 2 source code is available from the beast2 and BeastFX GitHub repositories.
The file, which unzips to 164MB, contains the title, ID, file size, seeds, leechers and magnet links of 1,643,194 torrents from the site, although comments were removed to keep the download as small as possible.

Way back in August of 2009, just before a new set of hands was set to take over the Pirate Bay, the site was made available for download. That is, anyone could download a copy of the site for archival purposes; users with adequate space could snag an archive of all 873,671 torrent files hosted on the Pirate Bay's servers and a basic but working site. All of this took up 21.3 GB of data.
You don't need us to tell you how much times have changed over the last couple of years, but recent developments have meant that the Pirate Bay can now be downloaded for a fraction of that space. Thanks to the upcoming change that will see TPB switch from linking to .torrent files to listing only magnet links, TorrentFreak reports that the site is now downloadable in a neat little 90MB package.
Yes, Advanced Download Manager allows you to download torrent files at high speeds. The app lets you add any torrent and magnet file through the editor, the clipboard, the browser and even the file explorer.
I have a 1000 Mb fiber line and one computer can consistently go over 90MB/s when trying to download Genshin Impact (their servers are amazingly fast), but the other one can't go past 4MB/s. 8 minutes vs 3 hours to download the whole thing.
At this point I've run out of ideas. What could be making download speeds so slow? Please don't tell me that it's because the server is slow. I know that. That's why I'm testing with several sources. ;P
One known problem is sometimes Netscape Navigator automatically changes the .tgz suffix to .tar during the download. If this happens change the .tar suffix back to .tgz after the download. Double click on the file and Winzip should start up.

Performing concurrent file downloads or log exports can cause the management console to behave unexpectedly. To avoid this issue, wait until a file download or log export completes before starting another. 041b061a72
